I've found that when we collaborate as opposed to competing with each other we are clearly much stronger together than we could ever be apart!

and in doing so we achieve much more than personal success, we create group synergy that evolves into lasting Positive Inner-Strength, Confidence, Assertiveness, Focus, Optimism, Faith, Hope and Love for all!

We have a choice to entertain a lower truth or a higher truth and we must then create the actions in alignment with said truth's or story and then have the experiences in alignment with said actions Like energy must attract like energy this is how our universe works to shift or raise our energy we simply choose a new story or higher truth and we will enjoy profound invigorating experiences in alignment with this new story. To shift from the positive to the negative we simply have to change what we focus on or the meaning or our physiology it's that simple!

It takes seventeen seconds to experience any emotion all you have to do is focus on the emotion get in touch with your senses visual, auditory, touch or feeling's and it will be yours's no if's no but's, Successful people are aware of the negative though only entertain the positive! and enjoy life and all its necessary challenges.

 

We can only express our intentions to the world based on our true intentions to ourselves what we give to us we can give to others no more no less!

It is important to build a daily rapport of self Love, Gratitude, Patience, Understanding, Compassion, Joy, and Faith, with ourselves to ensure that we can give our very best selves to the outside world no matter the challenge in front of us! or before us!  to live a congruent life that Inspires, Motivates, and Invigorates.
