Happiness is an inside job!

Hi Conscious Collaborators: The Power of perspective! When you change the thoughts you predominantly entertain from negative to positive everything changes from the inside out!

I cannot remind you of the importance to write your thoughts down, each and every day! buy a journal PLEASE If you want your life to transcend the mediocre into the marvellous! from the tedious into the tremendous, make this a (GRATITUDE) Journal with a section on your thoughts and feelings, two minute exercises three times a day.

As I said becoming interested in your thoughts and feelings/emotions gives you all the impetus or power to take back your (LIFE) or to grasp hold of/or take ownership of your life! Also conscious acts of kindness too are not to be underestimated! the secret of living is giving without expecting anything in return.

Then you have the most positive experience in the last 24 hrs which is called a Doubler as your sub-conscious doesn't know the difference between the real and the imagined so you've just doubled the most meaningful experience in the last 24 hrs. so you write this down now you have a meaningful timeline to the past!

Then there is meditation or breathing exercises as instructed on my website. and fifteen minutes of cardio daily. all contribute to happiness!

If I can manage all this and running a business posting blogs daily along with words of inspiration too many to name each and every day.

I am positive and filled with an abundance of faith you can too! that all of you can do the same if you really want your life to vastly improve I mean really want to feel GOOD! to feel grateful throughout the day feeling alive! act alive!

If you want to be happy sometimes you have to allow yourself to be happy! or act happy until it is a truth like every other non beneficial story that we are choosing to tell in our life.

Based on these the eventual outcome will be SUCCESS! upside down or right way up you choose! ultimately the decision is and always has been yours so choose wisely

You can get ten people to say life is hard and ten people to say life is easy, who is right? they both are! it's a believe they own it. An interpretation but it isn't cast in stone!.
