Into great Light and Shadow or positive and negative and see beyond there polarities!

Hey I'm Back! 🤪 If we want to be enthusiastic we just have to act enthusiastic it's that simple! in the interest's of repetition most powerful is he who has himself in his own power or most powerful is she who has herself in her own power!... In many ancient wisdom tradition's this is called total responsibility no one is responsible for how you feel right now but you it isn't a curse it's a GIFT because it give's you your POWER back!!! please have a clear intention in every moment combined with an elevated emotion of dare I say it Gratitude mmmm gratitude I love this word 😍 when your in a state of gratitude your in a state of receivership! for we only give thank's when we have been given something we appreciate or love or desire.... Your body doesn't know what's happening outside of you this being the sub-conscious mind so you create good thought's and good feeling's and then surrender it to a greater mind or the greater power that made the body.... you see it's not your job to create what you want from life it's your job to design it! so we surrender it to a greater mind through having a clear intention and an elevated emotion with the best attitude i.e. good thought's and good feeling's with practice it will be your's always as your strong dependable foundation, now you may be knocked off your strong foundation, though on occasion you momentarily engage a negative emotion based on perceived danger rather than actual danger. though once we have increased our self awareness and accepting that we have a choice i.e. the freedom of attitude and the capacity for decision always, we will always CHOOSE!!! always what serve's us best! In the moment of possible stress or danger real or imagined you focus on the heart centre and your breathing through this area (as you have been instructed) and repeat what will serve me best this stifling negative emotion or a POSITIVE! EMPOWERING! one. Faith courage and hope and definiteness of purpose! may your day's and night's be filled with many wonderful and at time's necessary uncomfortable opportunities to grOW and Learn. have a fantastic day 😇
