Insight 4) In every situation when all has been stripped from you! You will always have the freedom of attitude and the capacity for decision when all else has been taken! For you can take everything for a person but the last of human freedoms to choose one's own attitude in any given set of circumstances to choose one's own way ALWAYS!!!🤪 Insight 5) Regret weighs tonnes and effort weighs ounces.😉 In may ancient wisdom traditions this is called total responsibility! no one is responsible for how you feel right now but you it isn't a curse it's a blessing as it gives you your POWER back. When we are up against a difficulty we are knocking on the door of a discovery. go within or go without! You are the world and the universe in miniature.
